RN Thom Marsholl enquireth for his Daught^r martha a yere old who hath bene payned & troubled w^th a Dire cough & pined & cōsumed in her body mutch coveteth meate but can not Digest it. Aug. 10. die ♃ h. 9. 9. mi. of Newport.

RN Alce Buttyphant of Chichly borne a fortnight a fore Miklemas day on {sic} a tuesday on wedensday even about an houre or 2 after sonset pater  filio {sic} came to me almost dead on sct Thomas eve. troubled w^th the Chin cough. RN Iohn Becham of 6 yeres old or 7. about wheate harvest or first lad{ye} this child is troubled w^th a Cough & hoping so sore y^t it forceth him to cast vp his meate. he hath a good stomack to eate & digest his meate but his cough fetcheth all vp againe from the bottome of his belly. pater  filio sine consensu. November 28 die ♂ h. 9. 1598.

RN Iohn Weatherhed of Olny for a Child of 3 yeres old. it cannot stand nor goe s{e}|i|nc this twelmoneth taken in his lims. cannot abide to stand but then Cryeth loveth to sit eateth his meate well. pater  filio. RN Robart Kent of Walton 2 yeres old. on friday afore Christmas. about 11. 30. mi. consumed to nothing had a bunch vppon his thiges {sic} broken out & pined any face the best t of him. Ap. 9. die ☾. h. 10. 25|30|. mi 1599. cannot stande. nor goe very well. it doth cough. Katherine Parkins gave thē hard wordes.

RN Will: Boughton of Paulus Pery: 4 yeres old or therabout. sicke ever sinc lent. tooke it first w^th a shivering & after burned mutch. nowe hathe Cough. last sunday was neere dead. may the 10 die ♃ h. 8. ant m. 1599.

RN Goody Malins the grandmoth^r for the child almost a yere halfe a yere old Ianuary|’| 18 die ♀ h. 10. 45. ant m 1600 costive went not to stoole since tuesd last. Doth cast vp her meate.

RN Ione Barnwell of husb. Crowlye 26 y. 3 weekes married. but was ill ever since Christmas & was wont to bleede at the nose \& mouth/ mutch looketh ill & hath a drye cough & shaketh her very mutch. her wat^r of a very good colour. shortwinded.

RN Thomas Dudly nowe 5 yeres old next miklemas natus erat Sept 15. die ☉ h 1. p m. hath his health well & eateth his meate. about harvest last began to have a rising in his throte ready to stop his wind & speach in always when he beginneth to sleepe then it hath held him sinc miklemas the last time it tooke him it bete him on friday last. going to sleepe. ready to skreame & skrike in the fit.

RN Loode Nichols of Stony stratford of 3 yeres come maudlingtyde can make no water. gave great skyking & looketh very pale & white & eateth greadily. Did vomit but that stayed. the belly full of blisters. f{illeg} father sent to me this 8 of may die ♂ h. 5. 55. p m. 1599.

RN Iohn Burton of Cosgrave for his disease a boy of 9 yeres old kept his bed ever sinc tuesday. voyded wormes payned in chest belly & hart a stitch vnd^r his right \side/ a very hie coloured youth w^th the vexation y^t was pale before. all swollen frō the face to the granes. made no water sinc thursday. at 25 of March. die ☉ h. 6: 8. p. m 1599

Mary Riecross of Stonystratford 6 yeres cōplayneth of her belly sick this 12 moneth.

RN Iohn Malins a yere & a quarter lacking a fortnight as it were pined in all her lims & bodye hed a poer bare creature. cannot sleepe not at any time in a moneth or fortnight but crye and Drinke mater adduxit se{cū} filiolā veret^r ne sit maleficio v^l veneficio afflictus. Decēb. 7. die ♃ hor. 3. 30. mi. 1598 very short winded.
